GENERAL DISCLAIMERSI reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
PAYMENT & FEESFor your protection and mine, full payment is required before I beginPayment should be in USD, please convert before sending!I will sadly not be doing split payments At this momentPayment is done through PayPal invoice using USD. I will not use ant other form of payment at this momentA rush fee will be charged for tight deadlinesA design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.No form of art work will be sent out unless there had been some form of payment
CLIENT OBLIGATIONSWrite in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form. ( I will provide a list of what I will need if you do not have a character reference sheet. )Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.Mood boards/google doc's are welcome!Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.
REVISIONS AND EDITSYou will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed/changed, removed, or added, or if I'm allowed to continue.Anything I missed from the given information or reference on the order form(s) will be changed for free.Any edits past 2 fixes during the sketch, will cost a fee. Fee depends on complexity/number of extra changes. This is subject to change based on amount of the sketch that is requested to be changed.Any edits post sketch that weren't my responsibility, will cost a fee. Fee depends on what you want redrawn/fixed.I am not responsible for faults resulted in information you do not provide to me.I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSYou may cancel the commission any time before line art startsA sketch will be made 1st if youre not satisficed my art style after the sketch process I will charge a 20$ fee and refund then the rest of the moneyAfter the sketch is approve youre unable to request a refundI reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITEDUsing my artwork for commercially (making money off of it by any means)Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your ownRemoving or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signatureEditing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission first)MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs
